Vayoo helps you pricing your Airbnb
Pricing your vacation rental has never been an easy task. On the one hand, there is the fear of not renting your property and losing your occupancy rates. On the other, if you price too low, you might be leaving money on the table, thus reducing profitability.
Our app takes into account several factors such as special events, the season of the year, hotels’ prices among others, to calculate the best and most profitable prices for you. Once you download the app, you will have access to 3 different calendars.
General Calendar. It tells you whenever you need to rise or lower you price. The dark orange means you can raise your prices for that day, the light orange means the opposite. Let's have a closer look.
Monthly Calendar. Here you can check the recommended prices for each day of a specific month. You have two options, either you apply all the prices at once -top right button- or you change them one by one. In order to change prices directly from the app, you must link your account.
Daily calendar. Here you can check all the information for a specific day, in this case, march the 23rd. In the first row, you have access to 5 tabs: Price, Min-Stay, Position, Hotels, and Events. In the price tab, you have the option to apply Vayoo's recommended price or insert a different amount.

Whenever there is a big event in your area, a yellow star will appear on your calendar. And as the date approaches, we will send you an email notification.
Vayoo monitors your search position.
As hosts, we all care about our search ranking because we know that the higher we appear in the search results, the more bookings we will get. So, the first thing we do in Vayoo is to tell you whether your listing appears or not within the first 17 pages (306 listings).
General Calendar: Below is an example of a listing in the city of Madrid. We see that the listing always appears among the first results when searching in Madrid with no filters, which is pretty impressive –Madrid has more than 15.000 listings.
Monthly calendar. Here we can see in which position a listing appears on each day. Below, we see how this property appears among the first pages and even the first page on February 3rd.
Daily calendar. Here you can see what the best possible combinations are. For instance, if travelers look for one night with no filter for “number of rooms,” this listing will appear on the first page. However, if travelers search for three nights with one bedroom, the listing won’t even appear within the first 17 pages.

Vayoo send you Minimum Stay Alerts
Vayoo will send you alerts for minimum stay misconfigurations. Many of you have a minimum stay length of two, three or more days. The problem with this tactic is that you might leave empty days between those periods. Vayoo will send you a notification whenever there is an empty day or group of days among two bookings. Thus, you will be able to change your minimum stay for that day or group of days and improve your occupancy. More about minimum stay in this article.
General Calendar: Here you can see in red where there is a minimum stay misconfiguration. This host has a minimum stay requirement of 3 days. This is why April the 15th appears in red. Sometimes we will recommend reducing your minimum stay requirement not because there is an empty slot in your calendar but just to increase the booking probability. This is the case for the 3rd, 4th and 5th of May.
Monthly Calendar: here you can see in which days we do recommend to change your minimum stay. In this month, we recommend to reduce the minimum stay requirement for the 3th, 4th and 5th of May in order to increase the booking probability.
If you have linked your Airbnb account with Vayoo, you will be able to change your minimum stay requirement directly from the App.
Whenever there is a misconfiguration alert, we will send you an email about it so you can reduce your min-stay and book that day. However, if you don't want to receive this kind of alerts, you can choose to do so in your area settings.
